How to Earn Your Reward
To earn a $50 Visa gift card, you must:
- Fill one 90-day supply of a qualifying statin.
OR - Refill a 30-day supply of a qualifying statin three times in a row.

MPC lets you fill a 90-day supply of your statin medicine. That means:

Ask your doctor to prescribe a 90-day supply of your statin medicine. Also ask your pharmacy about automatic refills so you don’t run out.

Can I earn more than one $50 gift card?
No. Eligible members can earn one $50 gift card through the statin medication reward program.
When will I receive my $50 gift card?
If you meet the program requirements, please allow up to 60 days after December 31, 2026, to receive your gift card.

To qualify, you must complete either one 90-day supply or three consecutive 30-day supply refills of an eligible statin medication during the program period.
