Free Adult English Classes in Baltimore County
The Family Literacy ESOL Program by the Community College of Baltimore County is for non-native English-speaking parents designed to learn English language skills for life and work and to help with their child’s education. The student must have a child 0–16 years old living in the home and enrolled in a Baltimore County Public School or the Judy Center of Baltimore County.
In-person and Zoom classes are available.
