Deborah joined Maryland Physicians Care in October 2019 with over 20 years of progressively responsible roles in major insurance companies. Being results-driven is what drives her to work hard for the many providers she manages. Deborah’s background as a training analyst and her knowledge as a call center representative allows her to educate providers on protocol and system usage skillfully.

Without a doubt, it was her hard work and desire to excel that got her off to a great start with MPC as a Provider Relation Representative.  Deborah believes it is her courage and passion for helping others that motivates her.

As a native of New Jersey, she acclimated to Maryland in 1996 with her two adult daughters.

A life-long resident of Western Maryland, Tammy comes to Maryland Physicians Care with 32 years of experience. She has worked in every aspect of the provider office operations. Tammy brought that experience to MPC in August 2012 and has been a Provider Relations Representative since July 1, 2017. She is happy to serve in the provider relations arena, positively impacting health care and those being served.

Ilisha joins Maryland Physician Care as a Provider Relations Representative. She is a Maryland native earning her bachelor’s degree in Providence, RI, and is currently pursuing her MBA. With over seven years in Health Care Management, Ilisha has developed and masted her skills within member services, network development, and provider relations, giving her full scope of Health Care Management operations. Her background includes Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business, managing various provider contracts. As a provider relations representative, Ilisha finds that her work is most gratifying by being a resource for her network. She brings excitement and passion for being a proactive liaison for MPC participants and providers.

Robert is a native of Maryland and was born and raised in upper Montgomery County. Upon graduating from high school, Robert attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

After obtaining a degree in Business Administration, Robert pursued a financial services career for several years. Robert has been in provider relations with Maryland Physicians Care since 2006.

Robert is married with three children and resides in Frederick, Maryland, with his wife, youngest son, and two Dachshunds.

She previously held the position of Contract Negotiator and currently a Senior Provider Relations Representative.

Jeamie has joined Maryland Physicians Care as a Provider Relations Representative. She brings over 15 years of Managed Care (Medicaid/ Medicare) Bilingual Customer Service experience. Her first language is Spanish.

Jeamie has been in the role of Provider Relation Representative, Credentialing Coordinator, Benefit Configuration Specialist, and Network Development Recruiter. She considers herself a people person and believes this role is the perfect fit for her. Jamie is very excited to start with the company and contribute to the community while helping others.

She acquired valuable experience from her time working in different areas of the health care field. Latoya is excited to use her skills to support, develop, and maintain mutually beneficial service relationships with all Network participants.
