Deborah joined Maryland Physicians Care in October 2019 with over 20 years of progressively responsible roles in major insurance companies. Being results-driven is what drives her to work hard for the many providers she manages. Deborah’s background as a training analyst and her knowledge as a call center representative allows her to educate providers on protocol and system usage skillfully.

Without a doubt, it was her hard work and desire to excel that got her off to a great start with MPC as a Provider Relation Representative.  Deborah believes it is her courage and passion for helping others that motivates her.

As a native of New Jersey, she acclimated to Maryland in 1996 with her two adult daughters.

A life-long resident of Western Maryland, Tammy comes to Maryland Physicians Care with 32 years of experience. She has worked in every aspect of the provider office operations. Tammy brought that experience to MPC in August 2012 and has been a Provider Relations Representative since July 1, 2017. She is happy to serve in the provider relations arena, positively impacting health care and those being served.

Rose Coffiey

Rose is excited to be taking on a second career with her new role as a Provider Relations Representative. She worked at an acute care hospital in Delaware for 40 years and retired in March 2022. She brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in the Health Information Management/Medical Records industry. She has worked with physicians and their offices for many years and has always loved that part of the job.

Rose has been a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) since 1997. She obtained a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Immaculata College in 2000.

Rose’s motto in life is “Do All Things with Kindness.” She is married and has three grown sons and has recently moved to Cambridge and is looking forward to the Eastern Shore living.

Robert is a native of Maryland and was born and raised in upper Montgomery County. Upon graduating from high school, Robert attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

After obtaining a degree in Business Administration, Robert pursued a financial services career for several years. Robert has been in provider relations with Maryland Physicians Care since 2006.

Robert is married with three children and resides in Frederick, Maryland, with his wife, youngest son, and two Dachshunds.

She is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Spanish. She has worked as an agent for Immigrations and Naturalization for several years. Zaida looks forward to positively impacting those around her and plans to use her many years of experience and expertise to provide exemplary services.

She previously held the position of Contract Negotiator and currently a Senior Provider Relations Representative.

Jeamie has been in the role of Provider Relation Representative, Credentialing Coordinator, Benefit Configuration Specialist, and Network Development Recruiter.
