Helping you get the care you need

Everyone has unique health needs. We get that. So, no matter what your health needs are, we are here for you when you need us.

The Maryland Physicians Care Member Services department is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our representatives can answer your questions about benefits, help you find or choose a doctor and solve problems in getting health care services. HealthChoice members can reach Member Services toll-free at 1-800-953-8854.  MPC TDD/TTY (Telecommunications Device for the Deaf/TeleTYpewriter) services are provided for members who need this service at 1-800-735-2258.  Language assistance is also available for members.
