Help Prevent the Spread of Germs
Follow these steps to help prevent the spread of germs and respiratory diseases like Coronavirus Disease 2019:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, not your hands
- Avoid touching your mouth, eyes, and nose
- Regularly clean surfaces and objects, such as desks, tables, and phones
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and teach children to do the same
- Stay home if you are sick, except for when you are getting medical care
