At Maryland Physicians Care, our network providers and other health care providers
are our partners in the delivery of high-quality health care services to our members.
Good communication is the key to this successful partnership. Our Provider Relations
Department is available to physicians, dentists and other health care professionals
to assist, answer questions and resolve issues.
Once contracted with Maryland Physicians Care, a Provider Relations representative
will be assigned to your practice. Your representative serves as your primary point
of contact with our system. If you are a primary care provider, your representative
will visit you and your office staff on a regular basis to share important information
and assist you with any administrative or operational concerns.
