Free Vision Care for adults (21 and older)
- One eye exam every year
- One set of lenses and frames every two years
Free Vision Care for children (20 and under)
- One eye exam and set of glasses every year
- One set of contact lenses (when medically necessary)
No Pharmacy Copays for:
- Children (20 and under)
- Pregnant women
- Contraceptive drugs
- Over-the-counter prescriptions
- Certain specialty pharmacy drugs
Low Cost Dental Care for adults (21 and older)
- Exams and cleanings two times a year($5.00 copay per visit)
- Limited x-rays once a year
- Limited cavity fillings (30% co-insurance)
- Simple and medically necessary emergent extraction(30% co-insurance)
