Maryland Physicians Care is owned by Maryland General Health Systems, St. Agnes HealthCare , Washington County Health System and Western Maryland Health System, and serves enrollees of Maryland's HealthChoice program. Schaller Anderson of Maryland, L.L.C. administers the plan.
