MPC's Secure Provider Web Portal

Our convenient and secure HIPAA-compliant provider web portal provides a platform for Maryland Physicians Care (MPC) to communicate health care information directly to providers. Our secure provider web portal allows you to verify member eligibility, submit authorization requests to the health plan, check authorization status, view member HEDIS intervention requirements, view and print panel rosters, check claims status, and view and print remittance advice claim payment information.

A user name and password are required to access the secure web portal. During the registration process, providers are asked to assign a Primary Representative from their office. If you have forgotten your user name or password, contact a Provider Relations representative at 1-800-953-8854. Select OPTION 2 and then OPTION 3.

To register, click here.

If you are already registered and would like to login to the secure site, please click here.

The secure web portal’s Provider Web Navigation Guide can be viewed or downloaded by clicking Here.

Provider Relations representatives offer secure web portal training, if needed, in your office or at monthly provider orientation sessions held throughout the state. We are committed to making the MPC website and secure provider web portal easy and efficient for our provider network to use. To learn how to better use the site, or if you have questions or suggestions, contact a Provider Relations representative at 1-800-953-8854. Select OPTION 2 and then OPTION 3.

About MPC

At Maryland Physicians Care, our network providers and other health care providers are our partners in the delivery of high-quality health care services to our members. Good communication is the key to this successful partnership. Our Provider Relations Department is available to physicians, dentists and other health care professionals to assist, answer questions and resolve issues.

Once contracted with Maryland Physicians Care, a Provider Relations Representative will be assigned to your practice. Your representative serves as your primary point of contact to our system. If you are a primary care provider, your representative will visit you and your office staff on a regular basis to share important information and assist you with your administrative or operational concerns.
