  • Members need to call Maryland Physicians Care Member Services at
    (800) 953-8854 before seeing a new PCP.

For routine eye care services, click on BLOCK VISION to find the eye care doctor nearest to you. Or simply call (800) 428-8789 to speak with someone who will help you with your eye care questions.

Eye care services are available to both adults and children:
  • Under age 21 - one eye exam, one pair of lenses and one new eyeglass frame each year.
  • 21 and over - one eye exam, one pair of lenses each year, and one new eyeglass frame every two years.
